  • set up a one week diary for Mortimer. Record, as if you were him, what you did (or did not do) each day: ie. "On Tuesday I stopped wearing shoes."
  • Mortimer's hooves are called "trotters." Rename his ears, nose, eyes and tail
  • brainstorm "Dirty Words" to describe Mortimer
  • draw before and after pictures of Mortimer
